Shipping Policy (India Orders Only)
Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Standard Shipping Timelines
- Gujarat: Delivery within 6–7 business days after dispatch.
- All Other States: Delivery within 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Note: Some remote pincodes may require up to 15 business days as per courier service timelines.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be updated in your order information. If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact us at klickkart.contact@gmail.com.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges vary depending on your delivery location.
- Please refer to your Order Summary to view applicable shipping charges.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Receiver not available
- Refusal to accept the package
The package will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. All return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your package upon delivery:
- If the package appears damaged or tampered with, you must refuse the delivery or sign as "Damaged".
- Contact us on the same day at klickkart.contact@gmail.com with details and photos (if applicable).
Bank Holidays
Deliveries are not made on bank holidays. Orders due on such days will be delivered on the next working day.
Shipping Delays & Transit Issues
While we aim for timely delivery, certain factors may cause delays, including:
- Weather disruptions
- Transportation strikes
- Courier backlogs
- Other unforeseen events
If your shipment is delayed or stuck in transit, please note:
- Courier resolution can take up to 45 days.
- We are not liable for courier-related delays once the package has left our facility.
- We recommend checking your tracking status regularly for updates.
