Refund and Return Policy

At Klickkart, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we strive to make the return and refund process smooth, fair, and transparent for our customers.

This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting a return or refund.


1. Returns & Refunds for End Customers

Return Request Period

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order to be eligible for a return or refund request.
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • Damaged or Defective Products: An unboxing video showing the damage is mandatory for assessment. The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Missing Items: If any product is missing from the order, an unboxing video clearly showing the contents is required. Notify us within 48 hours for eligibility.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: After verification via the submitted unboxing video, a full or partial refund will be processed.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for defective electronic items.

  • Missing Items: If an item cannot be fulfilled or replaced, we will issue a refund for the missing product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • It is strongly recommended to use a trackable and reliable courier service.

2. Rejection/Denial of Parcel

If a parcel is rejected or denied at delivery:

  • A deduction of twice the original shipping cost will apply (includes both forward and reverse logistics).
  • These charges will be deducted before issuing any refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Refunds are only issued for products that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.


4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Upon confirmation:

    A replacement will be provided free of charge, or

    A full refund will be issued.

Incorrect Items

If we send an incorrect product:

  1. We will either replace the item or
  2. Issue a full refund, based on your preference.

Missing Items

  • Report within 48 hours with a valid unboxing video.
  • If validated, a refund for the missing item(s) will be processed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
  • Electronic products (defective electronics are not eligible for return or refund).

6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

If you wish to request a return or refund:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Submit an unboxing video and any other supporting documents via email to klickkart.contact@gmail.com.
  3. Upon approval, return the item using a reliable shipping service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement based on prior communication.

7. Shipping Costs

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable, including the original shipping charge and return shipping cost.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, regardless of the reason for the return.
